Role Description The Asst. Manager – System & Security is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing the stability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.

Role Description The Asst. Manager - System & Security is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves overseeing system administration activities like Installation of server, storages, virtualization, Backups, Windows servers, Active Directory etc.

Day-to-day responsibilities include provide solution to customer,



troubleshooting customer issues, providing technical support to customer and collaborating with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements :

- Min. 4-5 years of experience in Datacenter technologies.
- Candidates should possess strong System Administration and Information Technology skills, with experience managing servers, storages, virtualization, backup technologies.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, virtualization technologies (Vmware, Hyper-v) and cloud platforms is preferred.
- Candidates should possess sufficient knowledge of server-storage-virtualization architecture (Converged-HyperConverged Infrastructure) and should be capable to design and implement the solution for customers.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills, including diagnosing and resolving system, network, and security-related issues.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret logs, performance metrics, and security alerts to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, virtualization technologies (Vmware, Hyper-v, Proxmox) and cloud platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to system and security improvements.
- Experience in PreSales is an advantage.
- Experience in Security Solutions is an advantage.

Education Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant industry certifications.
