About Neofox

Neofox Media is a creative production agency in New Delhi. We make films, campaign content, and brand assets for clients across automotive, hospitality, music, and consulting, including Hyundai, PwC, Shangri-La, Samsung, and Sunburn Festival. We are a 20-person team, which means interns here work on live client deliverables, not mock briefs.

The role

You will work alongside our design and post-production team on motion-led deliverables, with a secondary focus on static design. This is a hands-on role with real deadlines and real client feedback.

What you will do

- Animate title cards, lower thirds, logo stings, and end frames for client films
- Build social-first motion content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, sized and versioned per platform
- Support edit teams with basic compositing, tracking, masking, and clean-up
- Design static assets when the brief calls for it: social posts, key visuals, pitch decks, and campaign one-pagers
- Adapt existing brand systems across formats while keeping typography and spacing consistent
- Organise project files, presets, and exports so the rest of the team can pick up your work

What we are looking for





- A portfolio or reel showing motion work, self-initiated projects are completely fine
- Working knowledge of After Effects, plus Illustrator and Photoshop
- A sound grasp of animation fundamentals: easing, timing, weight, anticipation
- Comfort with static design work, including type, layout, and grid discipline
- Willingness to take direction, revise, and hit deadlines in a production workplace

Nice to have

- Premiere Pro, Figma, Blender or Cinema 4D, or DaVinci Resolve
- Sound design or basic audio editing
- Familiarity with brand guideline documents and how to work within them
