About the Company
A global pharmaceutical company is establishing its India hub and has partnered with Flexiple to build its people-operations function. You will shape how a marquee organisation supports its people from day one. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a People Operations Manager, you will own the systems and processes behind the employee lifecycle, making onboarding, records, and people programmes run cleanly and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations
- Own onboarding, documentation, and the day-to-day employee lifecycle
- Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and compliance
- Run payroll inputs, benefits, and people-data workflows
Programmes & Reporting
- Build people dashboards that track headcount, attrition, and engagement
- Improve HR processes and self-service for a growing team
- Partner with leadership on policy and people decisions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years in people operations, HR operations, or HR generalist roles
- Solid organisation, discretion, and attention to detail
- Comfort with HRIS tools and spreadsheets
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to a GCC, pharma, or large multinational environment
- Understanding of Indian employment and compliance norms
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR
