About the Company

A fast-growing, US-headquartered product company is building out its India data team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will work directly with the data that shapes product and business decisions. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Data Research Analyst, you will dig into large datasets to answer open questions, validate hypotheses, and turn raw numbers into clear, decision-ready findings.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis

- Query, clean, and analyse large datasets to answer research questions
- Build metrics, cohorts, and segments from product and business data
- Run exploratory analysis to test hypotheses and surface patterns

Reporting & Partnering

- Build dashboards and reports that teams use day to day
- Work with product, growth,



and ops to define and answer the right questions

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1 to 5 years in data analysis, research, or analytics
- Working knowledge of SQL and strong spreadsheet skills
- A logical, hypothesis-driven thinker with attention to detail
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to Python or R for analysis
- Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Experience in a SaaS, product, or high-growth environment
