Revenue Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite)

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Monday–Saturday

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We're looking for a Hotel Revenue Manager to manage pricing, forecasting, and distribution for a portfolio of US-based hotels. You'll play a key role in maximizing hotel revenue by optimizing rates, occupancy, and channel performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute agile pricing strategies.
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, and pace trends.
- Manage hotel rates, inventory, and restrictions across OTAs and direct channels.
- Optimize performance on Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, Priceline, and other distribution channels.
- Ensure rate parity and resolve channel mapping or availability issues.
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to recommend revenue strategies.
- Prepare daily/weekly revenue reports and present actionable insights.




- Collaborate with internal teams to improve revenue performance and processes.

What We're Looking For:

- 1–5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or distribution.
- Strong understanding of Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, and forecasting.
- Experience with hotel PMS, channel managers, and OTA extranets.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent analytical and English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hotels and work independently.

Preferred Experience:

- Revenue management for US-based hotels.
- Multi-property portfolio management.
- Experience with tools such as Opera, SiteMinder, Cloudbeds, RateGain, SynXis, Duetto, IDeaS, STR, or Lighthouse.
