Job Title: IT Recruiter Intern – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
- Support the HR team in recruitment-related administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
Eligibility:
- MBA or PGDM in HR or any relevant degree.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
