Job DescriptionJob Description Job Title : Outbound Sales Agent – UK Business Telecoms Department : Sales & Operations Location : Udyog Vihar, Gurugram, India ( Office ) Reports To : Team Lead / Operations Manager Role Summary We are hiring energetic outbound sales agents to promote Business Broadband to UK companies. You will make warm calls using enriched leads, qualify needs, pitch tailored packages, and close verbal agreements. Client team handles order fulfilment. High earning potential through incentives. Key Responsibilities Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to UK businesses. Run broadband availability checks and pitch appropriate packages. Conduct discovery, handle objections, and secure verbal agreements. Accurately complete Client Information Capture Sheets. Maintain high call quality and compliance (recordings). Achieve monthly sales targets and quality metrics.



Participate in training and coaching sessions. Skill Set & Requirements Essential : Excellent spoken English with neutral accent (UK business communication). Minimum 6–12 months outbound sales / BPO experience (preferably UK/US campaigns). Robust persuasion, objection handling & closing skills. Basic computer skills (Excel, forms, web tools). Comfortable working UK time (Shift Window - 1PM to 10PM) Preferred : Experience selling telecom, broadband, or B2B services. Knowledge of UK business market. Experience using predictive dialers. Education : Graduate (any stream). Salary : As per market standards + attractive performance incentives (per sale). Incentives : Direct share of commissions on closed & accepted sales.
