The role focuses on distribution expansion, retail sales growth, and successful execution of product launches. N n Key Responsibilities Nn Appoint and manage distributors across the assigned territory N Drive Distribution Network Expansion (DNE) to enhance market reach N Build and strengthen retail sales and outlet coverage N Plan and execute new product launches effectively N Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution N Develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stakeholders N Monitor performance andimplement corrective actions as needed Nn n✅ Key Requirements Nn 10–12 years of FMCG experience (Dairy/Food/Beverage preferred) N Strong knowledge of Kerala market dynamics N Expertise in distributor handling and retail expansion N Experience in product launches and market penetration N Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills Nn
