Role: US HR Operations Executive Location: Chennai (Navalur)Shift timings: 6.30 pm -3.30 am ISTExperience: 4 to 12 years of experience in US HR Operations Responsibilities: Oversee onboarding, orientation, transfers, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee experiences. Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and manage personnel files in compliance with US regulations. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws (EEO, FMLA, ACA, etc.) and support audits. Partner with payroll teams for timely processing and administer employee advantages programs, including open enrollment. Update and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization. Act as a point of contact for HR queries,



assist with conflict resolution, and support performance management initiatives. Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations, generate HR metrics/reports, and implement best practices for efficiency.
