(excel, word and Power point).Deliverables:sourcing of Engg spares (capex and opex), services and consumables.Indent tracking and arranging the materials as per requirement within the timelinesSourcing and maintaining minimum engineering stocks, chemicals, enzymes and consumables for smooth operations .Collecting quotations, negotiating with vendors and making comparative statements and forwarding for approvalsPurchase order/ LOI creation for capex, opex materials and services.Fallow up for open PO itemsCheck on Engineering stores compliance SOP adherence material in awarding, GRN bookings within 48 hours, consumption bookings daily basisVendor code creation for recent vendor on boardingInvoice verification, booking, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely payment processing.Supporting statutory and PV audits by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Responses to Procure-to-Pay (PTP)
