Leads the development of business plans for a specific product or product line.As a Drilling Services Tender Manager, you will be responsible forReviewing tender documents, identifying requirements, and ensuring compliance with client specifications.Leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders, proposals, and bids within deadlines.Working with finance and commercial teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.Analyzing cost structures and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for bids.Ensuring pricing aligns with company profitability targets and market competitiveness.Identifying and assess risks associated with tender submissions.Facilitating tender review meetings and ensure alignment across departments.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will :Have a Graduation with 5 plus years of relevant experience in ProposalsHave experience in drilling functionHave prior experience in commercials, tenders and proposalsHave experience in end-to-end tendering process and have knowledge of cost modelHave Excellent communication and influencing skillsHave Strong oral and written communication skillsHave Positive attitude to embrace change and see challenge as opportunityHave Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
