- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for telecom/network inventory (TNI)
- Design scalable solutions using CMDB & CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and TSOM/TNI
- Lead implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and telecom modules
- Model telecom/network services (L1/L2/L3, circuits, devices)
- Architect integrations with NMS, EMS, OSS/BSS systems
- Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and reconciliation
- Mentor teams and drive best practices
- Optimize platform performance and scalabilitySkills and attributes for success
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB
- Experience with ServiceNow TNI, Service Mapping, Discovery
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and telecom lifecycle
- Integration expertise (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
- Data modeling & CSDMTo qualify for the role, you must haveCollege degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiencesApproximately 8 to 12 years of experience in a development role. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the periodServiceNow CSACIS – Minimum 2 CIS certificationTelecom certifications (Good to have)CTA (preferred)Ideally,



you’ll also haveExperience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories.Knowledge about ServiceNow’s latest version’s features.
