Development Specialist – Role OverviewWe are looking for a talented Development Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in software development principles and proficiency across multiple programming languages, including Node.Js, TypeScript, Python, and Java.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend and full-stack applications Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.Js, TypeScript, Python, and Java Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality solutions Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for data modeling and integration Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworksQualifications & ExperienceCore Requirements3+ years of hands-on software development experienceStrong foundation in general software development principles and system designProficiency in at least two of the following: Node.Js, TypeScript, Python, JavaExperience building APIs and microservices architecturesTechnical SkillsBackend frameworks (Express.Js, NestJS, Spring Boot, Django/FastAPI, etc.)Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming conceptsExperience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similarFamiliarity with API design patterns (REST, GraphQL)Version control systems (Git)Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest, Jest, etc.)Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,
