Job Description :Achieve department KPI : Responsible for monthly production KPI's of Assembly & paint shop. Includes Production Target, Std hour generation, efficiency, effective resource management, safety, optimization, Bill of Material (BOM & Non BOM) consumption, Cost saving projects etc.Routine Monitoring and control : Monitor the weekly performance of line and Implementation of Corrective Action and Preventive Action on timeMIS Report: Provide information and inputs to Sr. Management regarding performance and analyse of line & identify areas of improvement.Ensure Material availability for continuous mfg. and assembly of Crane- Responsible for supply chain of crane assembly, coordination with supply chain and sub contractor. Implementation of the system requirements under EMS and ENMS - Responsible for monitoring effective implementation pf EMS & ENMS policy,
