Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer role at SODA Marketing is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India. This role involves conceptualizing and producing motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, and brand content. The Motion Graphic Designer will collaborate with designers, marketing strategists, and content creators to develop storyboards, visual styles, and engaging video assets that align with client objectives. Daily tasks include designing graphics, creating animated elements, editing video content,



optimizing files for different platforms, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role also requires staying up to date with design trends and contributing creative ideas to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create dynamic and engaging visual content.
- Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for various digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, develop storyboards, and present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a marketing or agency setting is an advantage, along with a portfolio showcasing motion and graphic design work.
