About the Opportunity

APRIDEN is building its recruitment delivery team in Chinchwad, Pune, and is looking for experienced, success-oriented IT recruiters who are confident in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement and closing positions

- This opportunity is suitable for recruiters who are motivated by successful placements and lucrative monthly incentives rather than only by a high fixed salary
- We are a growing startup, and selected recruiters will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of our Domestic and US staffing operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, referrals and professional networks
- Understand technical requirements and identify candidates aligned with client expectations
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, compensation, location, notice period and career interest
- Conduct detailed candidate qualification calls
- Manage candidate engagement from sourcing through interview, offer and joining
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-up with candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate, submission and interview records
- Build active pipelines for current and upcoming requirements
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sourcing, submission and placement targets
- Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

Requirements

- Relevant experience in Domestic IT recruitment or US IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies and recruitment terminology
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, job portals and candidate databases
- Good candidate screening, negotiation and follow-up capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills




- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned requirements
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Must be comfortable working from the APRIDEN office in Chinchwad
- Candidates residing in or near Chinchwad, Pimpri-Chinchwad or nearby Pune locations will be preferred
- Immediate joiners will receive priority

Working Schedule:

Working Days: Monday to Friday and every alternate Saturday

Work Mode: Work from Office only

Domestic Recruiter Hours: Standard India business hours

US Recruiter Hours: Standard US recruitment business hours
