Shopify Support Analyst

- Extensive experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, or similar ecommerce applications.
- 5+ years supporting enterprise-level engineering or commerce platforms.
- Understanding of enterprise ecommerce ecosystems including ERP, PIM, Analytics, and Marketing integrations.
- Experience with incident management, ticketing systems, and monitoring tools.
- Thorough knowledge of APIs, integrations, and web technologies.

Shopify Support Skillset

Front-End Technologies

- React.js (Remix), Hydrogen framework, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js for troubleshooting storefront issues.

APIs

- Shopify Storefront API and GraphQL queries/mutations understanding.

Version Control

- GitHub and source control workflows.

Shopify Platform

- Shopify Plus exposure, Shopify Admin, Metafields, Metaobjects, and B2B functionality.

Troubleshooting

- Ability to investigate API failures, integration issues, and data synchronization problems.
- Understanding of monitoring logs, browser debugging tools, and application performance troubleshooting.
- Exposure to ERP, PIM, payment gateway, and middleware integrations.
