Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Data Analyst to drive marketing and digital decision-making through data, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled insights. The role will be responsible for KPI reporting, marketing analytics, NPS analysis, web journey analysis, and executive dashboards.
The role will also drive automation by creating Agentic AI workflows that streamline reporting, generate insights, automate routine tasks, and improve business productivity. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and present insights to senior leadership.
