Job Title: Financial Data Analyst / Consulting

Role Overview

Seeking motivated, analytical, and result-oriented Consultants to support and lead business transformation, organizational development, KPI implementation, and process improvement projects across various industries. Depending on experience, the selected candidate will be responsible for executing consulting assignments, driving organizational improvements, managing client relationships, and contributing to strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead consulting assignments and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct Organizational Studies and Process Assessments.
- Perform Business Process Analysis and Improvement initiatives.
- Design, develop, and implement KPI Frameworks and Performance Management Systems.
- Monitor KPI performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop Organizational Structures, Job Descriptions (JDs), KRAs, and SOPs.
- Prepare SOP documentation and support process standardization.
- Lead Process Improvement and Productivity Enhancement initiatives.
- Conduct Management Reviews and present findings to Leadership Teams.
- Drive implementation of consulting recommendations and monitor project outcomes.




- Prepare business reports, dashboards, management reports, MOMs, and presentations.
- Support strategic planning, manpower planning, and organizational restructuring projects.
- Coordinate with clients, manage project follow-ups, and maintain robust client relationships.
- Guide and mentor Junior Consultants and project team members (for experienced candidates).
