Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in custom application development, Agile delivery, and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have experience working with OT (Operational Technology), MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), PLC, SCADA, and Historian systems, along with robust AWS exposure and experience working with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Agile/Scrum teams as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager (TPM) for software and custom application development.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of custom-built applications and digital solutions for manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, product, and technology teams to define requirements, priorities, and delivery plans.




- Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Coordinate with US-based clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, status reporting, and expectation management.
- Work closely with teams involved in OT, MES, and industrial/manufacturing systems.
- Support integration and application initiatives involving PLC, SCADA, and Historian systems.
- Leverage AWS cloud technologies in application/product development environments.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure delivery aligns with quality, security, architecture, and business objectives.
