The role

This isn't a post the job and forward resumes role. You'll own the entire hiring function end-to-end — from understanding what our partners and managers actually need, to getting the right person through the door and settled in.

If you enjoy building systems (not just filling seats), reducing the drop-offs and no-shows that plague hiring, and being the person leadership trusts to solve staffing problems, this role is for you.

What you'll do

Partner with our leadership and team managers to understand staffing needs before a role even opens — headcount, skills, experience, and urgency.

Write job descriptions and posts that actually attract the right candidates (not generic templates).

Source across the channels that work for CA-firm hiring in Delhi — LinkedIn, Naukri, ICAI/ICSI networks, referrals, WhatsApp, and campus.

Screen applications, run first-round conversations, and coordinate technical assessments and partner interviews.

Own the candidate experience end-to-end — keeping people warm, informed, and engaged so we don't lose them to ghosting, counter-offers,



or last-minute drop-outs.

Maintain clean recruitment records and hiring metrics so we always know what's working.

Support onboarding and help new joiners settle in during their first weeks.

Contribute to our employer branding — how the firm shows up on LinkedIn, our careers page, and to the CA community.

What you'll bring

Proven Hands-on experience running full-cycle recruitment (sourcing → offer → joining).

A sharp eye for candidate assessment — reading both technical fit and behavioural signals.

Clear, professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

Strong organisation and attention to detail; comfort running several hiring processes at once.

Familiarity with job portals, applicant tracking systems, and basic HR practice.

Bonus: experience hiring in professional services, finance, or a CA/consulting environment.

A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory for the right person).

Compensation

[5 – 8 Lacs per annum] — commensurate with experience.
