Technical Lead – Azure AI & Cloud Platform

Location: India (In office)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to architect and deliver enterprise-scale Azure and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will lead customer technical discussions, mentor engineering teams, and provide deep technical expertise across Azure cloud foundations and AI application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead solution architecture and technical delivery for Azure and AI initiatives.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Mentor engineering teams and drive technical best practices.
- Design secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Build and deploy production-ready AI applications using Microsoft's AI ecosystem.
- Ensure AI solutions follow governance, security, and responsible AI principles.

Required Skills & Experience

Microsoft Azure

- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Azure Landing Zones
- VNets, Subnets, Hub-and-Spoke architecture
- Private Endpoints & Private DNS
- Azure Networking & Security
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure Key Vault, Azure AD/RBAC
- Azure Monitor & Log Analytics

AI & Cloud-Native





- Experience designing and deploying AI agents using Semantic Kernel and/or Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
- Experience with RAG, LLM-based applications, and AI integration into enterprise solutions.
- Understanding of AI governance, agent evaluation, guardrails, and Responsible AI.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and distributed systems.

Leadership

- Experience leading customer-facing technical discussions.
- Ability to guide engineering teams, review solution designs, and make architectural decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- AI-assisted application modernization using GitHub Copilot or similar tools.
- Experience modernizing .NET/Java applications and Azure migration.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
- Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions CI/CD.
- Microsoft Azure and AI certifications.

Ideal Candidate

- 8+ years of experience in Cloud, Platform Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
- Proven hands-on expertise in both Azure cloud foundations and enterprise AI solutions.
- Able to confidently engage with customers while providing technical leadership to delivery teams.
