Hiring: Founding Head of Engineering (AI)

Location: Gurugram (In office)

Experience: 10+ Years

CTC: ₹50+ LPA

We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader to build and scale an AI-first platform from the ground up.

Requirements:

* 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering leadership

* Strong expertise in Python, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, LangGraph/LangChain, FastAPI, AWS

* Experience building scalable backend systems and AI products in production

* Background in product-based companies or high-growth AI startups

* Startup/founding engineering experience is a strong advantage
