Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Embedded System Trainer role based in Kukatpalli. The trainer will design and deliver structured lessons on embedded systems concepts, including microcontrollers, interfacing, and real-time applications, using practical examples and lab-based exercises. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, demonstrations, and project assignments; guiding learners through hands-on practice; and evaluating their performance through tests, reviews, and project assessments. The trainer will support learners by clarifying doubts, providing mentorship on career pathways,
and adapting teaching methods to different learning speeds and languages where applicable. Collaboration with other trainers and staff to update course content, align with industry trends, and maintain training quality is also expected.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of embedded systems fundamentals, including microcontrollers, communication protocols, and hardware-software integration.
- Candidates should possess skills in programming for embedded systems (such as C/C++) and experience with development tools, IDEs, and debugging techniques.
- Candidates should possess the ability to design and conduct practical labs, build small embedded projects, and demonstrate real-world applications to learners.
- Candidates should possess effective teaching, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Candidates should possess valuable classroom management, mentoring, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric training approach.
- Relevant academic background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or faculty member in embedded systems or related domains will be an advantage.
- Comfort with teaching in local or vernacular languages, and an interest in inclusive, job-oriented education, will be highly beneficial.
