IT & Network Administrator

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on IT & Network Administrator to own our office's internet, network, and IT infrastructure end-to-end. You'll be the go-to person for everything from Wi-Fi and LAN performance to hardware troubleshooting, software setup, and vendor coordination—while also being a strong communicator who can work directly with employees and leadership on IT needs and issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot office internet connectivity, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure: workstations, laptops, printers, servers, and office IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues quickly, minimizing downtime for employees.
- Set up new employee workstations, accounts, and access (onboarding/offboarding IT support).
- Liaise with ISPs, hardware vendors, and software providers to resolve issues and negotiate service terms.
- Maintain network security basics — firewalls, antivirus, backups, and safe access practices.
- Document IT setups, network configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Act as the primary IT point of contact for stakeholders across departments, translating technical issues into transparent, non-technical explanations.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, hardware,



or network upgrades as the office scales.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar hands-on IT role.
- Strong working knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, IP configuration).
- Solid grasp of both software (OS installs, business applications, cloud tools) and hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
- Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort presenting/explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven stakeholder management — able to prioritize requests, manage expectations, and follow through calmly under pressure.
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of the office's IT function.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+/A+, or similar) are a plus but not mandatory.

Work Mode & Location

- Hybrid role — must be available in-office at least 3 days a week.
- Office locations: Gurgaon or Udyog Vihar (Gurugram, Haryana).
- Candidates should be based in or able to commute reliably to the Delhi NCR region.

Experience Level

- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
