Performance Marketing Manager (Remote)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager who truly understands digital marketing and business growth. This is one of the most important roles in our agency, responsible for driving measurable results for multiple client accounts.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and SEO, with the ability to build marketing strategies, scale campaigns, and generate consistent business growth. We are looking for someone who thinks like a marketer, not just an ads manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Develop complete performance marketing strategies based on client goals.
- Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROAS, ROI, CTR, and conversions.
- Build full-funnel marketing strategies to generate leads and sales.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Execute A/B testing for creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting.
- Work closely with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce high-converting creatives.
- Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Lead and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO,



and content optimization.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in digital marketing and advertising platforms.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and SEO.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, conversion tracking, and customer acquisition.
- Ability to scale campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Shopify and WordPress.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Understanding of email marketing and automation.
- Experience managing high advertising budgets across multiple platforms.
