About the Role

Ugam Chemicals is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing

Executives/Interns to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets,

and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify recent business opportunities and expand market reach.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors,

dealers, and suppliers.

• Follow up on customer inquiries and generate new business leads.

• Ensure timely payment collections and assist in resolving commercial issues with

dealers.

• Submit daily activity reports,



sales forecasts, and market feedback to

management.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer

satisfaction.

• B2B, B2C and B2G Sales

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related

field (preferred).

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (Freshers with strong

communication skills may also apply for internship positions).

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and

email communication.
