Purchase / Procurement Executive – High-Rise Construction

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Purchase / Procurement Executive with experience in civil and high-rise building projects. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in vendor management, strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and timely procurement of construction materials critical to project success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for civil and high-rise residential/commercial construction projects.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning Teams, and Stores to ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare and process RFQs, comparative statements, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
- Monitor market trends, material price fluctuations, and supplier performance to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Track procurement schedules and ensure on-time delivery of materials to project sites.
- Maintain procurement documentation and records in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.




- Manage inventory levels and support demand forecasting to minimize shortages and excess stock.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure uninterrupted project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience in civil construction, real estate, or high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials such as cement, steel, ready-mix concrete, MEP materials, finishing materials, and related procurement processes.
- Proven experience in vendor development, supplier negotiations, and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement management tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple procurement priorities simultaneously.
