We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing - AR Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable management, playing a crucial role in ensuring the timely processing and collection of medical claims.

Responsibilities

- Review and process medical claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims and payment issues.
- Follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payment.
- Utilize billing software and systems to manage claims and patient accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions regarding claims.
- Assist in identifying and resolving billing discrepancies and denials.

Skills and Qualifications





- 1-3 years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable management.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and tools (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD).
- Solid analytical skills to assess and resolve billing issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and insurance representatives.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and claims processing.
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding, and medical terminology.
