Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer with strong expertise in Core Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Generative AI applications using Core Python.

Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.

Design and implement AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

Develop scalable REST APIs and backend services using FastAPI or Flask.

Integrate Vector Databases and Embedding Models for semantic search and intelligent retrieval.

Optimize prompt engineering, model performance,



inference latency, and response quality.

Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Follow best practices in software engineering, testing, documentation, and production deployment.

Required Skills

6.5–9 years of software development experience.

Strong expertise in Core Python.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Strong knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

Experience with Prompt Engineering.

Knowledge of AI Agents / Agentic AI.

Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate).

FastAPI / Flask and REST API development.

SQL / NoSQL databases.

Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or AWS Bedrock.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, or PySpark.

Knowledge of Machine Learning and MLOps.

Experience working on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
