We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our International Voice Process team in India. This position is suitable for candidates with 1-4 years of experience in customer service or call center operations, who are passionate about providing excellent service to our international clientele.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from international clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Proficient in using computers and call center software
- Understanding of customer service principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required
