- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Work on requirements for roles such as Developers, Testers, Dev Ops, Data Engineers, etc.
- Handle recruitment for non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Admin, BPO, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Negotiate offers and close positions within timelines
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Understand IT skills, technologies, and project requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and terminology
- Good understanding of Non-IT job roles
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, Linked In, Indeed, etc.)
- Familiarity with recruitment portals and MS Excel
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
- Basic understanding of ATS and HR processes
