8i Ventures is an early stage venture firm backing India's best founders. Since 2019, we have backed companies like Blue Tokai Coffee, M2P Technologies, Slice, Easebuzz, Boba Bhai & Transbnk - early believers in some category defining startups.

We're not looking for someone who's watched growth happen from a spreadsheet. We're looking for someone who's caused it.

What you'll do

- Find founders early in their journey - meet, engage and attract the best founders to our firm
- Do the grind
- meet the customers, the team, the suppliers
- diligence happens on the road, not on excel
- Help our companies grow- find talent to recruit, customers to sign up, problem solve for the companies we partner with

You'll thrive here if

- You've built something - as a founder or an early employee
- You've worked product, tech or growth at an early or fast growth startup - owned an outcome and moved the needle on it




- You already know which founders we should meet - they're in your contacts
