An architecture practice based in Tatbad, Coimbatore- is hiring a Junior Architect with 0–2 years of experience to support residential architecture projects. The role involves assisting with design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and project execution.

Project Exposure

- Construction documentation

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
- Prepare presentation drawings, design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Produce plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants during project development.
- Support material selection and architectural detailing.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams during execution.
- Participate in site visits to review progress and support implementation of design intent.




- Maintain project drawings and documentation throughout different project stages.
- Support timely delivery of architectural documentation and project deliverables.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch).
- 0–2 years of internship or skilled experience in architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and architectural presentation or visualization software.
- Understanding of architectural planning, drafting, technical documentation, and detailing.
- Familiarity with residential construction methods and building materials.
- Ability to prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project tasks.

Work Schedule

- Location: Tatabad, Coimbatore
- Working days: Monday to Saturday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
