We are looking for a creative and relationship-driven Influencer Management Intern to join our team. You will be working on executing influencer campaigns. Majorly requiring identification of high-potential creators to negotiating partnerships and analyzing basis campaign success.

The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast with a knack for spotting trends and building authentic long-term partnerships.

Core Responsibilities

Influencer Sourcing & Vetting: Research and identify influencers (Nano to Macro) whose audience and values align with our brand.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, building a solid network of brand advocates.
Campaign Execution: Develop campaign briefs, manage content calendars, and ensure all deliverables are met on time.

Negotiation & Legal: Lead fee negotiations and manage the drafting and signing of influencer contracts.

Content Alignment:



Coordinate with creators to ensure content is authentic while strictly adhering to brand guidelines and legal compliance (e.g., FTC/ASCI guidelines).

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics including Reach, Engagement Rate (ER), and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Experience: 0–1 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital PR.
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of algorithms and audience behavior on Instagram, Linkedin and You Tube.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for high-stakes negotiation and professional outreach.

Analytical Ability: Proficiency in data tools like Google Analytics or specialized influencer platforms
