Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter with 6 months -2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Linked In, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Any stream or a related field.
