Audit & Tax Manager

The Role

As Audit & Tax Manager, you own a diverse client portfolio end-to-end. You plan and lead engagements, mentor a junior team, and become the person clients and partners rely on to get it right. Not a support role. The role.

What you'll actually do

- Plan and lead statutory and tax audits from kickoff to sign-off.
- Review financial statements for accuracy, disclosure, and compliance.
- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance, reporting, and advisory.
- Supervise and review the work of article assistants and junior staff.
- Handle client conversations directly — clarifying requirements, resolving queries, and offering tax planning insight.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory authorities.
- Tighten internal processes, track deadlines, and drive knowledge-sharing across the team.

Who we're looking for

- 5–10 years of hands-on audit and taxation experience in a CA firm.




- Semi-Qualified CAs and professionals who have completed articleship and built their careers are genuinely welcome here, not as an exception.
- Strong command of Indian tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven expertise in tax audits, indirect taxation, tax planning, and financial statement review.
- Ability to lead a team, manage multiple engagements, and consistently deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to lead client discussions independently.

Compensation

1. 6 Lacs Annually based on capability, experience, and contribution
