Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager – Home Loan role based in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new home loan customers through leads, referrals, and direct outreach.
Daily activities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their home financing needs, explaining loan products, and guiding them through documentation and application processes. The role involves coordinating with internal credit, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursal of loans.

ongoing relationships with customers, real estate partners, and channel partners, while achieving assigned sales targets and adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in home loans, mortgage sales, or retail banking, preferably in a relationship management or sales role.
- Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Ability to understand and explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with local real estate markets in Mumbai and existing networks with builders, agents, or channel partners is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), and digital channels for lead management and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in banking or finance are beneficial.
- Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai for client meetings and partner interactions, as required.
