Responsibilities:
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including employee documentation, HR systems, and day-to-day administrative processes.
- Experience in payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and workplace communication.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
