Position 1: Senior Project Engineer – Steel Structure (Mechanical)

Location: Project Sites & Head Office (as required)

Experience: 8 - 12 years

Qualification:B.E – Mechanical Engineering

Role Summary: The Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing steel structure projects handled by Vinton Engineering. The role involves drawing coordination, fabrication follow-up, site erection, quality, safety, schedule control, and client coordination, while handling multiple projects in parallel.

The candidate will act as a lead technical coordinator between site teams, fabrication units, vendors, and clients.





Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate steel structure execution from drawings to erection
- Review shop drawings and recommend for approval
- Plan fabrication, delivery, and erection sequences
- Monitor progress, productivity, and timelines
- Lead coordination with client, architect, and PMC
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
- Support billing, documentation, and handover
- Mandatory usage of ERP for project tracking
- Guide and mentor site engineers and junior engineers
