Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Placement Manager role based in Kochi. The Placement Manager oversees end-to-end placement activities, including building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, identifying suitable job opportunities, and coordinating interviews for learners.
The role involves mentoring learners on career paths, conducting resume reviews, organizing mock interviews, and delivering sessions on job readiness and professional communication. The Placement Manager tracks placement outcomes, maintains placement records, and collaborates with academic and training teams to align course content with industry requirements.




This position requires active engagement with local and national employers, participation in recruitment events, and continuous monitoring of market trends to improve placement success.
Qualifications

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with employers, recruiters, and industry partners.
- Experience in career services, talent acquisition, HR, or placement coordination in an educational or training setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events, and manage multiple processes and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, CRM or placement management tools, and online job platforms for tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of current hiring trends in technology and related fields, and familiarity with entry-level job profiles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, education, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to learner success, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
