Eligibility
✅ Mandatory Qualification
- MBA in Travel & Tourism from the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM)
✅ Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Experience in handling Domestic Holidays, International Holidays and MICE operations is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end travel operations for Domestic, International and MICE assignments.
- Supervise and mentor the Operations team to ensure timely and seamless execution of travel services.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers and other travel partners.
- Oversee itinerary planning, reservations, visa coordination, travel documentation and operational compliance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and prompt resolution of operational issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and business partners.
- Monitor operational efficiency, service quality and cost optimization.
- Drive process improvements and implement best operational practices.
