JOB LOCATION - GAUR CITY CENTRE , Near Gaur City Mall -Greater Noida

- End to End Recruitment
- Preparing job descriptions and posting job ads on different social media platforms and job sites, and organizing resumes and job applications
- Good Knowledge on job portals – Naukri.com, Shine.com, Linked In, Times job etc and sourcing CVs
- Scheduling job interviews, and assisting in the interview process
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
- Onboarding & Exit Process
- Training Coordination
- Good knowledge of MIS / Reports
- Good communications skills
- Solid zeal to make a career in staffing industry
- Self-confidence and self-starter
- Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market.
- Should be able to maintain Foster long-term relationships with candidates through reviews & follow ups.
- Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.
