Role Objective:

The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the You Tube ecosystem for the Punjab Exams category through content strategy, channel growth, SEO, analytics, and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete You Tube channel operations for the Punjab Exams category.
- Develop You Tube content strategy based on student demand, search trends, competition, and exam cycles.
- Optimise video titles, descriptions, tags, keywords, playlists, and metadata.
- Conduct keyword research and You Tube SEO.
- Analyse You Tube Analytics and identify growth opportunities.
- Improve CTR, watch time, audience retention, impressions, and overall channel performance.
- Coordinate with faculty, video editors, thumbnail designers, and content teams.
- Suggest video topics based on search volume and student intent.




- Track competitors and trending content in the Punjab Exams space.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Work towards increasing organic reach, views, subscribers, and student acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in You Tube Channel Management and You Tube SEO.
- Strong understanding of the You Tube algorithm and content growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience with You Tube Analytics, Google Trends, keyword research, and SEO tools.
- Robust understanding of thumbnails, titles, CTR, retention, and watch time.
- Experience in EdTech, Government Exams, or competitive exam content will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
