About the Role

Are you passionate about education and helping others achieve their goals Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Collegepond is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial role in connecting with prospective students interested in studying abroad.

You'll be the first point of contact for many students, building rapport, understanding their academic aspirations, and introducing them to the exciting possibilities of studying abroad with Collegepond.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect Outreach:



Make outbound calls to leads provided by the marketing team.
- Relationship Building: Develop rapport with prospective students through engaging phone conversations.
- Needs Assessment: Understand students academic goals, preferred destinations, and program interests.
- Collegepond Introduction: Present Collegepond's services and explain how we can help them achieve their study abroad dreams.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule in-person consultations with Collegepond counselors for a more in-depth exploration of study abroad options.
- Data Entry: Accurately log call details and student information in our CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily call targets and effectively convert leads into appointments.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and ability to engage students in conversation with a positive and enthusiastic tone.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to current information.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (a plus).
- Positive attitude, a passion for education, and a genuine desire to help students

NOTE: Candidates from Vile Parle Mumbai or nearby are preferrable.
