Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or chat.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about KOSA WELLBEING's products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update support interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer proficiency and ability to use customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.




- Prior customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
