The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. They handle front desk operations, provide customer service, manage communications, and assist with general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Respond to emails and general enquiries professionally.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organised.
- Receive, sort, and distribute courier deliveries, and packages.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Support other departments with clerical duties as assigned.
