About the Company

KNP Arises Green Energy Private Limited is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Frontline HR Executive to support warehouse operations across PAN India. We are committed to fostering a positive and compliant work environment for our blue-collar workforce.

Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning: Source and recruit blue-collar workforce, coordinate with vendors and agencies, conduct interviews, documentation, and onboarding, and ensure timely manpower availability.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Plan and execute engagement activities, drive initiatives for morale improvement, celebrate recognition programs, and conduct regular employee interactions.
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination: Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, and leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, incentives, and statutory deductions.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling: Address grievances, conduct counseling, and ensure timely resolution of disciplinary issues.
- Compliance & Labour Relations:



Liaise with Labour Department and government authorities, support labour law compliance, maintain statutory registers, and coordinate inspections.
- Third-Party Workforce Management: Manage relationships with contractors, ensure contractor compliance, verify attendance, billing, and documentation, and monitor performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, FMCG, or similar industries.
- Hands-on experience in blue-collar hiring and workforce management.
- Valuable understanding of attendance management.
- Experience in employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Exposure to labour law compliance and liaison with government authorities will be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing third-party manpower agencies is preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across warehouse locations.
