Job Description :

- Executing the monthly close process
- Prepare Journal entries related to Revenue and posting monthly revenue/income journal entries
- Performing reconciliation every period
- Handling monthly Rebate end to end process
- Preparing rebate payment in different method of transactions to customers (Account to Credit, EFT, Black-Hawk, EAP)
- Making payment to customers on Ad-hoc request for unclaimed and open check re-issue, Retro rebate calculations for backdated agreements.
- ADHOC pre-close tasks and extracting multiple reports from Access database to perform Rebate calculation
- Prepare reconciliations and forecasting reports
- Basic understanding of advance Excel and MS Access Database
- Handling Intercompany journal entries and reconciliations.

Qualifications: Bachelor' s degree in Commerce / Any Graduate / MBA
