Job description

Job Summary As a part of our continued expansion, Targray requires the services of a Senior Accounts Executive to join our India Office in Gurgaon, Haryana. Job responsibilities - Accounts Payable Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and payment of the invoices. Resolve all vendor queries and requests within defined turnaround time. Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc. Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes. Follow up with requisitions to solve hold invoice as per the AP guideline Employee expense report processing Matching credit card transaction and record them accordingly Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation Received not invoiced report review. Assist with other accounting projects Assist in month end close activities including the preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities. Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices and queries are handled as per the guidelines Assist in yearend close and audit tasks. Build effective relationship within the team and outside counterparts Cross training on additional activities in Accounts Receivable and financial modules and act as back up for team members Responsible for learning and supporting the process end to end within the team and building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues.



Desired Candidate Profile Minimum qualifications Graduate in Commerce (B. Com) 7- 8 years of work experience Strong English language skills (verbal and written) Competencies Attention to Details Commitment Teamwork Efficiency Knowledge of Dynamics Excellent Plains is an asset. Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen Strong analytical skills Advanced Excel skills Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
